8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP IS-U Billing & Invoicing
Strong understanding of utilities-specific business processes, especially in electricity and gas domains
Experience with Smart Metering, Billing Master Data Configuration, and SAP Energy Data Management
Deep experience in SAP IS-U to CRM integration
Familiarity with manual billing, billing simulation, unbilled revenue handling
Strong documentation skills: Functional specs, test scripts, training materials
Exposure to SAP S/4HANA for Utilities
Familiarity with SAP Cloud for Utilities (C4U)
Working knowledge of ABAP integration points (user exits, BAdIs for billing)
Experience in regulatory compliance and reporting in utility environments
Proven success in global delivery models and cross-cultural teams
