SAP FICO System Specialist

Role Overview: You will be joining the SAP Centre of Expertise (CoE) as a functional Consultant, where you will be a part of a global team responsible for supporting, optimizing, and fully exploiting Infineum's SAP platform. Your role will involve understanding complex business/operational processes and their interaction with systems, while actively contributing to the implementation of S4/HANA. Key Responsibilities: - Actively participate in the implementation of S4/HANA - Identify opportunities for business process improvement using SAP capabilities - Conduct business analysis, define requirements, and create functional specifications - Configure SAP systems and provide ongoing support, including fault fixing, change implementation, and testing - Collaborate closely with the Finance function to ensure alignment with diverse perspectives - Gain expertise in global implementation of S4/HANA and IT security standards Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of SAP ECC FICO implementation/configuration skills, including banking interfaces, IDOCs, and product costing - Knowledge of SAP-supported business processes and transactions - Awareness of current IT trends, particularly in the SAP area - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Strong business process analysis skills - Delivery-focused with proven success in business and end-user engagement - Ability to think innovatively and challenge assumptions - Experience in global IT support environment and projects - Ambition and drive to develop within the role and organization (Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.),
