Role & responsibilities:

We are looking for a Finance FICO-S/4HANA Functional Consultant with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The selected individual will lead the implementation, customization, and integration of the Finance FICO-S/4HANA system and provide end-user support. The ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills, have a deep understanding of the Finance FICO-S/4HANA system, and be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders. Skills and Qualifications: • 8 to 10 years of experience working with the Finance FICO-S/4HANA system. • In-depth knowledge of SAP configuration and development. • Strong understanding of the business processes and data flows. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Primary Responsibilities: • Support the SAP Financial Accounting and Managerial Accounting solutions to enhance the clients business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction • Fit/Gap Analysis and define business requirements, processes and objectives to scope project and deliverables. • Gather user requirements and define functional specifications. • Develop and configure system solutions to meet user requirements. • Expertise in configuration and implementation of both Financial Accounting (FI) and Managerial Accounting (CO) Integration of Finance and other SAP solutions • Work closely with internal/client team for all project phases and support all requirements and queries in RTR area. • Integrate the Finance FICO-S/4HANA system with other business systems. • Test and validate system functionality to ensure system functionality meets user requirements. • Provide end-user support and troubleshoot system issues. • Prepare comprehensive system documentation. • Monitor and maintain system performance. • Train users on system usage and functionality. • Research and analyze best practices and industry trends. • Good experience in S4 HANA Finance implementation. minimum of 1 Finance (S4 HANA Finance) implementation • Good Communication, presentation, and client handling abilities. • Strong quantitative skills, attention to detail, critical thinking, use-cases analysis • Should be able to work with internal team, co-ordination with business team
