As a SAP Data Conversion Consultant with 6 to 8 years of relevant experience, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and design effective conversion strategies. Your responsibilities will include analyzing and cleansing data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity throughout the conversion process. You will be tasked with designing and implementing data validation procedures to verify the accuracy of converted data. In this role, you will work closely with clients to gather requirements, define conversion scope, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Additionally, you will provide guidance and support to junior team members involved in data conversion activities. Documenting conversion processes, methodologies, and best practices for future reference will also be part of your responsibilities. Monitoring conversion progress, identifying risks and issues, and implementing mitigation strategies as needed will be crucial aspects of your role as a SAP Data Conversion Consultant.
