Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning:

Developing and executing strategies for SAP implementation and utilization, aligning it with the organization's overall objectives.

• System Configuration and Management:

Configuring, customizing, and maintaining the SAP system to meet specific business needs and requirements.

• Integration and Optimization:

Ensuring seamless integration of SAP with other business systems and processes, optimizing system performance and efficiency.

• Troubleshooting and Support:

Identifying and resolving issues related to the SAP system, providing technical support to end-users.

• Data Management:

Ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security within the SAP system.

• Project Management:

Managing SAP-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

• Client Relationship Management:

For SAP Account Executives, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and identifying new sales opportunities within the SAP ecosystem.

Required Skills and Experience:

• SAP Expertise:

In-depth knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., FICO, MM, SD, etc.) and their functionalities.

• Technical Skills:

Proficiency in SAP system configuration, data management, and troubleshooting.

• Business Acumen:

Understanding of business processes and how SAP can be leveraged to improve them.
