SAP Concur Junior Consultant

Job Description: As a SAP Concur Junior Consultant with 3-5 years of experience, you will be responsible for supporting SAP Concur related queries from different entities. You will consult and support basic configuration when requested and align with the Global team for changes in the system. Additionally, you will be part of the internal Center of Excellence (CoE) and support the onboarding entities. Your responsibilities will include handling incidents and user queries through ticketing and emails. It is essential to learn quickly, have a high impact, and adopt a start-up approach. Moreover, you will be responsible for documenting all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Implementation Checklists. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in supporting administrative activities in Concur, such as user creation, data maintenance, jobs monitoring, and issue analysis. Good customer-facing skills and experience are required, along with hands-on knowledge of ticketing tools. You must be an efficient team player with the ability to work independently. Strong communication skills, fluency in English, and excellent interpersonal skills are a must. The ability to learn rapidly in an agile, high-paced environment is essential. Critical thinking, proven analytical skills, and the ability to think "out of the box" are also necessary. You should be capable of working independently while being a strong team player.
