SAP Concur Consultant

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum

  7 years of experience

  in

  SAP Concur consulting

  .
• Strong expertise in

  Concur Travel & Expense, Concur Invoice, and Concur Request modules

  .
• Experience in

  end-to-end SAP Concur implementation projects

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  integration of SAP Concur with ERP systems

  (SAP S/4HANA, SAP FI/CO, or similar).
• Excellent

  communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills

  .
• Ability to work in

  fast-paced and cross-functional teams

  .
• Knowledge of

  Concur configuration, workflow design, and reporting tools

  .

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead

  SAP Concur implementation projects

  including

  Concur Travel, Expense, Invoice, and Request modules

  .
• Conduct

  requirement gathering workshops

  , business process analysis, and gap analysis.
• Configure SAP Concur modules as per business requirements and ensure alignment with organizational policies.
• Perform

  end-to-end testing

  , including

  unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)

  .
• Provide

  post-implementation support and enhancements

  , including reporting and analytics.
• Develop and maintain

  functional documentation

  (process flows, configurations, user guides).
• Collaborate with

  finance, HR, IT, and travel teams

  to optimize workflows and ensure seamless integration with ERP systems (SAP ECC/S4 HANA or other).
• Conduct

  training sessions

  for end-users and provide guidance on best practices.
