Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing SAP Cloud ALM activities in Bangalore location. Your role will involve utilizing your knowledge of SAP technical background and experience in release deployment activities using SAP Solution Manager (ChaRM). Additionally, you will be working with various projects and business stakeholders to handle the release management activities effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your knowledge of SAP technical background to manage different stages of SAP projects such as run, deployments, and testing. - Manage release deployment activities, preferably using SAP Solution Manager (ChaRM). - Support the Solution Manager to maintain the SAP system landscape setup. - Monitor STMS and analyze return codes. - Install, maintain, and perform housekeeping of SAP Solution Manager. - Understand and implement end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ITIL, and Release Management process. - Coordinate SAP release planning, communication, scope preparation, testing activities, and release deployments. - Handle transports movement throughout the landscape with different SAP components. - Demonstrate interpersonal skills to collaborate with various projects and business stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - 3 to 5 years of experience in SAP Cloud ALM. - Proficiency in managing SAP technical background and release deployment activities. - Experience with SAP Solution Manager (ChaRM) is desirable. - Knowledge of STMS monitoring and return code analysis. - Familiarity with SDLC, ITIL, and Release Management process. - Proficiency in using software applications such as Lotus Notes, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
