SAP CAR Consultant

Role Overview: As an Infoscion, your primary responsibility will be to understand customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions, and facilitate deployment to ensure client satisfaction. You will play a crucial role in developing proposals, providing inputs in solution design, planning configuration activities, conducting demonstrations, and leading small projects. Your objective will be to deliver high-quality, value-adding solutions to customers, contributing to organizational initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, and design innovative solutions - Develop proposals, own parts of the proposal document, and give inputs in solution design - Plan configuration activities, configure the product, conduct pilots, and resolve queries related to requirements and solution design - Conduct solution demonstrations, POC workshops, and prepare effort estimates aligning with customer budgetary requirements - Actively lead small projects and contribute to unit level and organizational initiatives Qualification Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience with at least one end-to-end SAP CAR implementation or rollout experience - Hands-on customizing and configuring of SAP CAR POSDTA, assisting with requirement gathering - Strong integration experience with POS and e-commerce applications - Knowledge of CAR landscape design, data consumption, integration, and consuming applications - Understanding of inbound and outbound processes and integration with SAP PO systems - Knowledge of OAA Omnichannel Article Availability and various modules within the CAR system Additional details of the company: Infosys Ltd is committed to ensuring you have the best experience throughout your journey with them.
