SAP C4C Functional Consultant

As an Infoscion, your primary responsibility will be to actively support the consulting team throughout various project phases, including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment. You will be tasked with exploring alternative solutions based on thorough research, such as literature surveys, public domain information, and vendor evaluations, and developing proof of concepts (POCs). Additionally, you will be responsible for creating requirement specifications based on business needs, defining processes, and designing functional solutions. Your role will also involve configuring solution requirements, identifying and resolving issues, and proposing solution alternatives. Furthermore, you will contribute to both unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-added solutions to clients. In terms of technical requirements, the ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience, with a focus on at least 2 SAP C4C implementation projects. Hands-on experience in various tasks such as scoping, fine-tuning master layouts, conducting presentations, managing workflows, and integrating SAP Sales Service Cloud with other applications is essential. Proficiency in authorization controls, sales management, service operations, analytics, and OData APIs is also required. In addition to these responsibilities, you should possess the ability to collaborate with clients to address business challenges by analyzing and structuring data effectively. A good understanding of the latest technologies and trends, strong problem-solving skills, and the capacity to identify process improvements and recommend technological solutions are crucial. Familiarity with industry-specific domains and a keen interest in SAP Functional technologies, particularly SAP C4HANA, ABSL, and BODL languages, are preferred skills for this role.,
