SAP Basis Technology Analyst

As a SAP Basis Technology analyst at Airbus India Private Limited, you will be responsible for understanding the business processes and technical architecture of Airbus SAP landscape. Your role will involve defining and suggesting SAP best practices and Golden rules. Your responsibilities will include: - Performing deep technology root cause analysis, performance improvement, and daily operations. - Working in an international, distributed, and multi-functional team with an agile mindset and methodology (SCRUM). Qualifications & Experience: - Graduate with 3 to 6 years of SAP BASIS experience. - Specialization in design and configuration of SAP Basis. - Hands-on experience in SLT and SDA Configurations, Monitoring, and troubleshooting. - Experience in architecting and planning SAP database migration and other Basis related projects. - Proven consulting background in providing technical delivery and advisory services. - Administering and maintaining multiple SAP instances comprising the SAP environment. - Introducing technical changes using a structured approach to minimize risk and achieve high reliability, availability, and performance. - Knowledge of XS advanced administration, WebIDE for HANA native development, and SAP SolMan tools. - Excellent communication skills to engage customers on requirements and delivery. - Proactive collaboration with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Customer-facing experience, particularly with European customers. Nice to have: - Knowledge of BW and BOBJ. - Familiarity with DevOps concepts (GitHub, Jenkins, etc.). Responsibilities: - Providing solutions with good quality and performance based on requirements. - Understanding business processes and technical architecture of Airbus SAP landscape. - Defining, suggesting, and implementing SAP best practices and Golden rules. - Conducting deep technical root cause analysis and performance improvement. - Collaborating with different stakeholders to define processes as needed. - Flexibility to work European work hours and provide on-demand support during holidays/weekends.
