Job Description

As a SAP dCEM (Digital Customer Engagement Manager) at our company, your primary role is to understand customer requirements regarding their SAP Landscape and provide solutions and technical services with the alignment of the SAP backend support team on the SAP RISE Platform. You will be the primary point of contact for RISE customers, engaging with them regularly to offer guidance on their SAP Landscape functioning and maintenance needs. Your responsibilities will include working closely with SAP IAE, CAA, TSM, and CDM teams to ensure customers have all the necessary guidance and information for their SAP Landscape functioning and planning. You will be customer-facing, attending meetings, addressing technical queries from customer teams, and delivering presentations. To excel in this role, you are required to have the following technical skill set: - Minimum 5+ years of technical expertise in SAP Basis area - 2+ years of cloud knowledge - Hands-on experience with S/4 HANA Application and HANA database - Solid experience in migration to the cloud - Experience in integrating SaaS products (Ariba, Salesforce, C4S) with SAP Landscape - Hands-on experience with hyperscalers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP In terms of career growth, this role offers opportunities to learn new technologies related to SAP Products, S/4HANA, HANA Database, SaaS Products, and Cloud services. Key responsibilities of the role include: - Providing technical architecture and guidance to end customers on landscape issues - Supporting sales to delivery handover and customer onboarding to SAP Enterprise Cloud Services - Contributing to onboarding/transitioning customers to SAP Enterprise Cloud Services - Orchestrating service/project delivery according to planned scope, budget, and milestones - Supporting in de-escalations of critical customer situations - Supporting customer release and maintenance activities - Executing problem management and continuous improvement - Liaising with different SAP stakeholders to ensure customer success - Enabling continuous training and knowledge transfer on new topics In summary, as a SAP dCEM, you will play a crucial role in engaging with customers, providing technical guidance, and ensuring the success of their SAP Landscape functioning.
