SAP ATTP/S/4HANA Support Analyst

Engagement : Full-time / Contract.
Role Overview :
We are seeking an experienced SAP ATTP / S4HANA Support Analyst to provide primary support for DSCSA (Drug Supply Chain Security Act) related activities, supply chain initiatives, and SAP system enhancements.The analyst will be responsible for managing serialization, return processes, integrations with third-party logistics providers (TPL), and ensuring smooth execution of new SAP interfaces and release testing.Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the primary lead for DSCSA compliance support in SAP ATTP.- Provide ongoing support for serialization and supply chain projects, including return serialization and product traceability.- Manage and support integration with TPLs (third-party logistics providers).- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and implement new SAP interfaces.- Perform release testing for SAP ATTP and S4HANA upgrades and enhancements.- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring system stability.- Document functional designs, configurations, and support procedures.- Partner with business stakeholders to ensure compliance with industry regulations.Qualifications & Skills :
- 7+ years of experience in SAP environment, with at least 3- 4 years in SAP ATTP and S/4HANA.- Hands-on experience in Serialization, DSCSA compliance, and SAP Supply Chain processes.- Strong knowledge of SAP ATTP integration with SAP ERP / S/4HANA and external systems (TPL, packaging, distribution).- Experience with system testing, release management, and support activities.- Ability to work in EST time zone with strong communication and collaboration skills.- Knowledge of FDA / DSCSA regulatory requirements in pharma supply chain is a strong plus.Ideal Candidate :
