We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Shipping and Tracking Coordinator to manage and oversee the daily operations related to shipping and logistics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely shipment of goods, tracking deliveries, coordinating with couriers and freight partners, and maintaining accurate shipment records. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage all outbound shipments (domestic and international). Prepare shipping documents including bills of lading, packing slips, customs paperwork, and invoices. Track and trace shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues or delays. Liaise with carriers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers. Maintain accurate records of shipments and ensure data is entered into ERP/WMS systems. Communicate with customers regarding delivery timelines, shipping issues, and tracking updates. Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and internal shipping procedures. Monitor shipping costs and suggest cost-effective solutions. Collaborate with warehouse staff to schedule pickups and manage inventory flow. Handle claims for lost or damaged shipments.
