Job Description / Responsibilities Recruitment & Staffing: Source, screen, interview, and hire suitable candidates across roles. Ensure smooth integration of new employees into the organization. Onboarding: Manage end-to-end onboarding processes, including orientation, induction, and familiarization with company culture, policies, and tools. Training & Development: Identify training needs, coordinate skill development programs, support career planning, and encourage continuous professional growth. Compensation & Benefits: Administer payroll, salaries, leave management, health insurance, and employee benefit programs in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. Performance Management: Support goal setting, performance appraisals, feedback processes, and career progression initiatives. HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS data, documentation, compliance files, and HR reports. Employee Relations: Act as a bridge between employees and management by clearly communicating policies, addressing concerns, and resolving workplace conflicts effectively. Desired Profile of the Candidate Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 2-7 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity Proficient in HRIS, MS Office, and payroll systems
