Outreach & Communication Manage grant proposals, sponsorship requests, follow-ups, and administrative emails. The Associate will be deeply involved in the execution of live events and programs, working behind the scenes to ensure smooth, professional delivery under the guidance of the Founder and senior collaborators. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, values seriousness and discipline in the arts, and is keen to build a strong foundation in arts administration and cultural leadership.
