Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Designer with experience in preparing building plan approval drawings and a solid understanding of real estate documentation processes. The ideal candidate will handle authority submissions, compliance drawings, and coordinate with clients, architects, and government bodies to ensure timely approvals. Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare building plan approval drawings in compliance with local municipal and development authority regulations. Ensure designs meet bye-laws, zoning regulations, and building codes. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants for approval drawings. Liaise with municipal authorities, development offices, and legal consultants for plan sanctioning. Manage and maintain real estate documentation, including: Khata, RTC, Encumbrance Certificate Title deeds, property tax receipts NOCs and compliance certificates Track approval progress and resolve queries from authorities. Maintain documentation records and digital archives for all projects. Provide updates and reports to management and clients regarding approval status.
