Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for B2B Sales Executives (2 Positions) for our Flexible Packaging vertical located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. This person will be responsible for cold-pitching, managing the company's presence at events, and collaborating with the production team to drive growth and operational efficiency. Our client profile includes various companies within the FMCG sector, including Spices, Confectionery, Flour Mills, Bakers, Frozen Food Manufacturers etc. We are hiring for this Role because we want to: Build a strong pipeline of meetings by establishing first contact with potential customers Expand operations to Maharashtra and Chhattisgarh, and increase penetration in rural & tier-3 zones of Madhya Pradesh Represent the company at various Trade Shows & Exhibitions across the country Improve customer connection and retention with timely updates on orders and fulfilment Qualities and Qualifications required in the ideal candidate: Passionate about Sales and compassionate about customers Basic visual understanding of packaging and design: what's good and what can be improved Expert at taking regular follow-ups to get the work done All-rounder and takes up ownership of work within a small team Great communication skills (written as well as verbal) Minimum level of Education: Graduate Prior experience in the Packaging Industry (Any Sector) will be helpful; however, freshers with an interest in the packaging field are also welcome to apply Total Number of Positions: 2 Salary: As per market standards.
