Job Title: AI LMS Sales Executive / Business Development Executive Location: On site (Hyderabad) Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 2–4 Years in Sales / SaaS Sales / EdTech Sales Industry: EdTech | AI | SaaS | LMS About Sambhuti Learning Sambhuti Learning is an AI-powered learning automation and 1:1 tutoring platform designed for students, educators, and institutions across the Middle East and India. We leverage Generative AI, Adaptive Learning Systems, and Intelligent Insights to personalize learning and redefine NEP compliant education outcomes. We are expanding and looking for dynamic sales professionals who are passionate about AI, education transformation, and B2B solution selling. Key Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and convert leads for AI-based LMS and tutoring solutions . Conduct virtual and on-site demos, presentations, and product walkthroughs . Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, coaching institutes, universities, and training companies . Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue growth goals . Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and operations team for campaign execution. Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, follow-ups, and documentation. Represent Sambhuti Learning in educational events, webinars, and exhibitions when needed. Must-Have Skills (Mandatory) Proven experience in EdTech sales Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills Ability to conduct demos confidently with Principals, teachers, CXOs & decision makers Strong lead management and some CRM usage experience Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment Good-to-Have Skills (Preferred) Experience selling SAAS/LMS solutions Understanding of AI-based learning, adaptive learning, or LMS architecture Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred, but not mandatory if experience is strong) Strong passion for technology, education innovation, and B2B client success.
