Below mentioned is our remuneration offering for all, based on qualification level. 1. B.E. \ B.Tech in Mechanical/ CIPET :- Your Yearly CTC will be 3 Lakhs to 5 Lakhs (For 12 hour Shift including lunch and tea time) (after deduction of PF/ESIC/PT as per State Labour Laws, as applicable)including yearly Bonus of Rs.10,000 + yearly Company's PF of Rs.21,600). If performance of candidate will be good then 15% to 20% Salary hike after 4 months from the date of joining. They will also be promoted to the next level upon successful completion of probation period (6 month) with the Company. We will provide the accommodation to the candidate on sharing basis with the monthly cost of Rs.2,500/-Subsidized meals are available in the company canteen at the rate of Rs. 20 per meal.The candidate will have to make his own arrangement for transportation from his residence to the Factory and from the accommodation provided by the Company to the Factory.15 days PL holidays in a year post confirmation (6 Month) it will start.7 Festival Holidays in year.
