Position: Human Resources Manager Department: Human Resource Reports to: CEO Job Location: Nagpur Working hours: 9AM - 6PM. Job Summary The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role serves as a strategic partner to management while managing the daily HR operations including recruitment, compensation, payroll coordination, employee relations, and compliance. Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment and Hiring Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection Conduct background checks and reference verifications Coordinate onboarding process for new hires including orientation programs Maintain talent pipeline and build relationships with recruitment agencies 2. Compensation and Monthly Salaries Manage payroll processing in coordination with finance department Ensure accurate and timely monthly salary disbursement Administer compensation and benefit programs Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis Process salary revisions, increments, and bonus payments Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with tax regulations 3. Invoicing and Budget Management Process invoices for HR-related vendors (recruitment agencies, training providers, etc.) Manage HR department budget and expense tracking Prepare monthly HR cost reports for management Handle employee reimbursement processing Negotiate with vendors and service providers 4. Team Discipline and Employee Relations Develop and implement disciplinary policies and procedures Conduct investigations into employee misconduct or grievances Manage performance improvement plans Facilitate conflict resolution between employees or departments Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data 5.
