Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations of the salon. Lead and inspire the team to deliver outstanding customer service. Manage staff scheduling, inventory, and salon performance metrics. Drive sales, promotions, and customer engagement. Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and professionalism.
