1. Sales & Revenue Generation

• Silphony ke products ki sales badhana aur nayi sales opportunities explore karna.
• Customers ki zaroorat ko samajhkar unhe sahi product suggest karna aur deal close karna.
• Monthly aur annual sales targets ko time par achieve karna.

2. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

• Naye customers ke saath acche sambandh banana aur purane clients ke saath regular follow-up rakhna.
• Customer queries, feedback, aur complaints ko professionally aur jaldi resolve karna.
• High level ki customer satisfaction maintain karna taaki repeat business mile.

3. Stock & Inventory Management

• Available stock aur inventory level par nazar rakhna.
• Demanded products ki availability check karna aur upcoming stock requirements ki report taiyar karna.
• Stock wastage ya discrepancy ko rokna aur warehouse/showroom inventory ko balance rakhna.

4. Reporting & Market Feedback

• Daily/Weekly sales activity aur stock status ki report management ko submit karna.
• Market trend, competitor pricing, aur customer requirements ka feedback share karna.

Requirements & Qualifications (Yogyata aur Skills)

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (Kisi bhi stream mein).
• Experience: 1–3 saal ka experience sales, customer service, ya retail/inventory management mein (Freshers bhi apply kar sakte hain agar communication skills acchi hain).
• Skills:
• Strong communication aur negotiation skills.
• Customer service mindset aur convincing power.
• Basic stock handling aur record-keeping ki samajh.
• Target-oriented aur self-motivated attitude.
• Basic computer/mobile app knowledge (Sales reports aur inventory update ke liye).
