Salesforce/MS Dynamics Implementation Lead

As an Implementation Lead with over 8 years of experience in SAAS product implementation, particularly with Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of implementation managers and consultants. Your role will involve driving the implementation strategy, ensuring successful delivery of software solutions, and achieving high customer satisfaction. You will play a crucial role in managing project risks, resource allocation, and providing strategic direction throughout the implementation lifecycle. To excel in this role, you must possess a strong background in enterprise software, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration. Your ability to engage with C-suite executives to align project expectations is essential.
