Job Description

As a Salesforce Consultant at Infosys, you will use your expertise in Salesforce Classic (SFDC/ salesforce.com/ force.com/ salesforce dotcom), Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and Vlocity to provide innovative solutions and exceptional service to our clients. With a minimum of 7 years of experience and a mandatory PD1 certification, you will play a crucial role in understanding customer issues, designing solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction through successful deployment. Your responsibilities will include contributing to proposal development, solution design, product configuration, and conducting demos and workshops to showcase the capabilities of the solutions you develop. You will also be actively involved in project leadership, unit-level initiatives, and organizational projects aimed at delivering high-quality value-added solutions to our customers. To excel in this role, you should possess strong collaboration skills, financial acumen related to project pricing models, the ability to assess and improve processes, industry domain knowledge, client interfacing abilities, and project and team management skills.
