Salesforce Quality Assurance Engineer - Health Cloud

As a Salesforce QA with Automation and Health Cloud expertise, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the quality assurance efforts for Salesforce applications, customizations, and integrations. Your extensive experience in Salesforce testing will drive the implementation of best practices and methodologies to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions. Leading a team of QA analysts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and playing a critical role in the successful delivery of Salesforce projects will be key aspects of your role. Your key responsibilities will include leading, mentoring, and managing a team of QA analysts, collaborating with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to define comprehensive test strategies, developing and executing sophisticated test plans, test cases, and test scenarios covering various testing types. You will also lead testing efforts for complex Salesforce integrations, champion defect identification and resolution, participate in design and requirements reviews, implement test automation tools and frameworks, troubleshoot technical issues during testing, stay updated with Salesforce platform updates, and drive continuous improvement in testing processes and methodologies. To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, proven experience as a QA Analyst with a focus on testing Salesforce applications and integrations, previous leadership experience, expert-level understanding of Salesforce functionalities, extensive experience in designing and executing comprehensive test plans, proficiency in different testing methodologies and approaches, knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks for Salesforce, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Having certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, ISTQB Certified Tester, Certified Software Tester, Certified Manager of Software Testing, ISTQB Agile Tester, and Certified Associate in Software Testing would be beneficial for this role. You will be required to provide regular QA status reports, metrics, and progress updates to project stakeholders and management, support the QA team in continuously improving testing processes and procedures, and ensure the delivery of high-quality Salesforce solutions.,
