Job Description

We are looking for a candidate who has good experience in QA. Nice to have Salesforce Service cloud or Sales cloud experience. The candidate should have a good understanding of the QA process. The candidate should have worked across all phases on the QA process. The candidate should have good knowledge in the defect lifecycle The candidate should have good experience working in an Agile environment. Candidate should have experience in API testing probably using Postman. The candidate should have experience working in an Offshore/Onsite model. The candidate should be flexible to support teams in the PST time. The candidate should have very good communication skills. Responsibilities: Prepare Test Plan based on the release Prepare Test cases from user stories Execute the Test cases and update the result in the test case management tool Extract Test summary reports and publish the reports to the stake holders Follow-up with the Dev team and prioritize the defects and ensure the defects are closed. Need to be vocal about deviation in the process and mentor the team members. Education and Experience: A minimum of bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent work experience in the related field 4+ years of experience in QA is required Salesforce Certification, QA certification would be an added advantage Perks & Benefits: Health and Wellness: Healthcare policy covering your family and parents.
