Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business and technical requirements to develop comprehensive test strategies for Salesforce applications.
Design, document, and execute test cases for Salesforce components including custom objects, workflows, triggers, and Lightning components.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
Apply ISTQB principles and best practices in test planning, execution, and defect management.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Use tools like JIRA, TestRail, Selenium, or Provar for test management and automation.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning).
Proficiency in writing and executing test cases and test scripts.
Knowledge of SOQL and Salesforce data models.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Provar).
Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder certification.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git, Jenkins).
