Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Data Cloud/QA

You are hiring a Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Data Cloud/QA professional with 5-7 years of experience for a hybrid work model in locations such as Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Kolkata, and Chennai. The role requires immediate joiners with a maximum notice period of 15 days, and there are 3 open positions available. It is emphasized to focus more on SMC CDP as it is a high priority. As a Salesforce QA professional, your responsibilities will include working with data integration technologies to design and implement new solutions and processes for clients to support new customer experience strategies. You will be identifying data points required for enabling use cases, analyzing data for usability in CDP, identifying data cleansing requirements, mapping data sources to CDP data objects, mapping data fields to CDP data fields, and identifying the need for custom CDP objects. Additionally, you will determine the relationship between CDP data objects, identify primary and secondary keys for each object, specify unification algorithms required for client data, design test data, execute complex system tests, create web pages and tests on Salesforce Interaction Studios, collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor and maintain existing interaction studio templates and campaigns, set timelines for deliverables, make content updates on the website, troubleshoot code, and conduct QA reviews for all Salesforce Interaction Studio campaigns and templates. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills are essential for this role. Qualifications for this position include 5+ years of hands-on experience with marketing data in MarTech and/or Marketing Data & Analytics space, minimum 1-year implementation experience for one or more Customer Data Platforms, minimum 2-year hands-on SQL experience, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 2+ years of experience with data management, data transformation, ETL, preferably using cloud-based tools/infrastructure, experience managing large-scale full-life cycle implementation of personalization solutions, strong communication skills for explaining complex business and technical concepts, and relevant Salesforce experience in Sales & Service Cloud as well as Marketing Cloud, with related certifications being a plus (Marketing Cloud Consultant, Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant, etc.).
