Description
We are looking for a Salesforce Field Service Specialist with in-depth expertise in the FSL data model, architecture, and customization. The ideal candidate should possess practical experience working with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce, as well as the capability to personalize the FSL mobile app, including offline functionalities. Collaboration with business analysts, architects, and various teams is essential to deliver top-notch Salesforce solutions. Responsibilities include designing, configuring, and customizing Salesforce FSL implementations such as Service Appointments, Work Orders, and Work Types. The role involves customizing the FSL Mobile App, developing solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrating REST and SOAP APIs with external systems, applying object-oriented programming and design patterns for scalability, conducting unit testing, code reviews, and adhering to Salesforce best practices. Collaboration within an Agile/Scrum environment with business analysts, solution architects, and cross-functional teams is crucial. Additionally, experience with CI/CD tools like Git, Jenkins, and Copado for deployment processes is expected. The ideal candidate should possess 3-10 years of Salesforce development experience, knowledge of the FSL data model and functionalities, hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, and LWC, experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP), exposure to at least one middleware integration tool (Boomi, Jitterbit, Mulesoft, Informatica), and Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce FSL Consultant) are preferred. Familiarity with Lightning Scheduler or other FSL add-ons is a plus. Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, along with experience in Agile/Scrum methodology are desired.
