Salesforce Developer (58 Years Experience)

You are an experienced Salesforce Developer with 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, particularly in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Lightning App Builder, and Flows. Your expertise lies in building business automation solutions and integrating Salesforce using event-driven architecture. Exposure to Salesforce CPQ/Billing and CI/CD deployment processes is a plus. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining custom Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Lightning App Builder, and Flows. You will implement business automation using triggers, batch classes, scheduled jobs, platform events, and other declarative/programmable methods. Working closely with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders, you will translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions. Designing and implementing event-based integrations and ensuring reliable data exchange with external systems will also be part of your role. Following Salesforce best practices for development, security, and performance is crucial. You will participate in code reviews, deployment planning, and production support activities, collaborating with DevOps teams on CI/CD deployment processes using tools like Gearset, Copado, Bitbucket, Jenkins, etc. Supporting or contributing to Salesforce CPQ/Billing implementations is optional. Required Skills & Experience: - 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. - Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Lightning App Builder, and Flow Builder. - Strong experience with business automation tools: Triggers, Batch Apex, Scheduled Jobs, and Platform Events. - Good understanding of event-driven integrations and asynchronous processing. - Exposure to CI/CD tools and deployment processes. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues. - Strong communication and collaboration skills.
