WIN THE ROOM

• Open doors with founders, CMOs and business heads
• Lead with their problem, never our credentials
• Build a pipeline you can forecast and turn first meetings into real mandates

SELL THE THINKING

• Read a client's business well enough to recommend the right mix of brand strategy, identity, digital, and communication.
• Shape sharp proposals with our strategy and creative teams
• Handle pricing conversations without flinching

STAY FOR THE SEQUEL

• Be the face of TAD Global for every account you bring in
• Spot the next opportunity inside existing clients before they do
• Keep the relationship growing long after delivery

FINISH WHAT YOU START

• Keep leads, meetings and next steps in one clean system
• Close every action item on time
• Give leadership honest updates on pipeline, wins and lessons

WHO FITS

• Excellent spoken and written English
• Presence in front of senior leaders and a natural way of earning trust
• Strong with PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• Sharp on detail, stronger on follow through
• A self-starter who owns the number and the relationship
• Sales or business development experience, ideally in branding, advertising, marketing services or consulting (preferred)
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field (preferred)
