Sales Voice Process

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Voice Process Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to engage customers over calls, explain services, and generate sales leads.

### Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound cold calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.

- Explain company products and services clearly to customers.

- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.

- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.

- Maintain customer details, call records, and follow-up status.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

### Required Skills & Qualifications

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, tele calling, or voice process.

- Good verbal communication skills in *English and Tamil*.

- Knowledge of additional languages will be an added advantage.

- Good convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.

- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
