Role Overview
We are looking for energetic and confident Sales Telecallers to make outbound sales calls, explain our loan products to customers and convert leads into business.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the given leads
• Explain Tyger Capital’s loan products clearly and confidently
• Understand customer needs and convert leads into sales
• Follow up with interested customers until conversion
• Maintain accurate call records and lead status in the system
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets

Requirements

• Hindi: fluent (mandatory)
• Basic English communication
• At least one regional language: Kannada, Telugu or Gujarati (mandatory)
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Comfortable with target-based outbound calling
• Willing to work 6 days a week from the Turbhe, Navi Mumbai office
• Available for face-to-face interview
• Education: 12th pass or graduate
• Experience: freshers with good communication can apply, and experience in telecalling, sales or BFSI/loans is a plus
