Compensation & Growth Structure

• Month 1 (Performance Evaluation Phase): Earning Structure: 10% direct commission on every closed sales conversion. Top Incentive Cap: High performers can earn up to ₹1,00,000* based on conversion volume.
• Month 2 Onwards (Full-Time Role):Successful candidates meeting sales performance metrics will be shortlisted and converted into full-time roles with a fixed monthly salary (₹3 LPA base package) plus performance incentives.

Role Overview

We are seeking quick-witted, agile, and drive-oriented Sales Telecaller Executives Intern to join our growth team. In this role, you will focus on lead generation and client acquisition across the GCC region, giving you direct exposure to high-ticket international markets.

We are looking for individuals who are quick on their feet, adept at spotting upselling opportunities, and articulate communicators.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound & Inbound Sales: Conduct outreach to prospective leads and manage inbound inquiries to introduce relevant products and services.
• Lead Generation & Qualification: Source, qualify, and convert leads into high-value discovery meetings for core digital solutions (software, mobile apps, AI/automation, performance marketing).
• Relationship Management & Upselling: Build long-term client relationships while identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities tailored to client needs
• Objection Handling: Address prospect concerns with tact, active listening, and in-depth product knowledge
• Pipeline & Target Management: Maintain accurate CRM records, track sales metrics systematically, and hit weekly revenue/activity targets.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Language Fluency: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Hindi and English.
• Personality & Mindset: Quick on your feet, sharp problem-solving skills, high energy, and a witty/smart conversational style.
• Sales Aptitude: Strong phone etiquette, confidence in outbound dialing, and proven ability to upsell products/services.
• International Exposure: Enthusiasm to deal with business leads and corporate decision-makers across the GCC region.
• Availability: Must be ready to join immediately on 11th November.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
