Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Business Development to manage and drive the performance of a large telecalling team. The candidate will be responsible for team management, business development, target achievement, and improving the productivity of the telecalling team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise a team of 30–40 telecallers along with Team Leaders.
- Monitor daily calling activities, team productivity, and business development targets.
- Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly business targets.
- Track team performance through MIS reports and performance dashboards.
- Train, guide, and motivate telecallers to improve conversion rates.
- Monitor call quality, follow-ups, lead conversion, and customer engagement.
- Coordinate with Team Leaders to resolve operational issues and improve efficiency.
- Prepare and share regular performance reports with senior management.
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.
- Ensure proper team attendance, discipline, and adherence to company policies.
Required Skills
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in telecalling, business development, and target-driven operations.
- Good knowledge of MIS reporting and performance tracking.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage a large team and work under pressure.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
- Prior experience managing a telecalling team is mandatory.
- Experience handling 30–40 telecallers and Team Leaders will be preferred.
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
