Sales Support & Quotation Executive

Product Costing: Analyzing the raw materials, labor, overheads, and logistics required to make a product, and adding the company's profit margin to find the final selling price.

Understand the customer's inquiry, determine the costing by checking platforms like IndiaMART, Amazon, and Flipkart, and then provide a quotation to the customer.

Preparing Quotations: Drafting and formatting official price quotes or formal tender documents to send to clients based on their specific requests.

Order Processing: Once a customer accepts a quote and sends a Purchase Order (PO), this executive inputs the order into the company's system coordinates with production or warehouse teams, and ensures the order is fulfilled.

Client Communication: Handle routine customer inquiries via email and phone regarding quote status, order updates, and lead times.

Data Maintenance: Maintain up-to-date, organized digital records of customer files, pricing matrices, and sales histories.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
