Job Title: Sales Staff (Ladies Only) – Boutique Prakrithi by Ramya

Location: Calicut (Accommodation available for candidates outside Calicut)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Prakrithi by Ramya is a premium boutique in Calicut specialising in designer blouses, lehengas, gowns, Kanchipuram, Banarasi, and wedding sarees. We pride ourselves on delivering a personalized shopping experience, showcasing elegance and tradition through our carefully curated collections.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers in the boutique with saree draping and styling guidance.
• Explain fabric details, designs, and styling options to customers.
• Maintain boutique display standards, including saree folding and arrangement.
• Provide a welcoming and customer-friendly shopping experience.
• Support in day-to-day boutique operations.

Requirements

• Qualification is not an issue – a passion for fashion and customer service is more important.
• Must be friendly, confident, and presentable.
• Willingness to learn saree draping styles (training will be provided if required).
• Prior retail or boutique experience is an added advantage but not mandatory.

Salary & Benefits

• ₹11,000 – ₹13,000 per month (based on experience).
• Accommodation facility for candidates from outside Calicut.
• Training in saree draping and product knowledge.
