Job Title: Food Service Team Member Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Food Service Team Member to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing excellent customer service, managing inventory, and ensuring the smooth operation of our service. The ideal candidate should have a passion for the hospitality industry and possess strong communication and teamwork skills. Key Responsibilities:· Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide assistance with flavor selections. · Guide customers in choosing flavors and toppings based on their preferences. · Oversee the order process and ensure accurate delivery to the kitchen. · Offer suggestions for toppings that complement selected frozen yogurt flavors. · Monitor and maintain inventory levels of food items, notifying the restaurant manager of low stock. · Perform stocking and food rotation tasks according to set guidelines. · Establish and maintain effective relationships with colleagues for timely and accurate order processing. · Ensure kitchen and dining areas are kept clean and well-maintained, meeting company standards. · Address customer inquiries and provide support throughout their experience. · Manage incoming phone calls and respond to customer queries regarding services. Qualifications:· Strong communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. · Excellent customer service skills. · Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is preferred. · Availability to work day, evening, and weekend shifts as needed.
