Job Description

Job Description We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales staff to join our Artificial Jewellery store. The ideal candidate will have a flair for fashion, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping customers find the perfect Jewellery pieces. You will be responsible for providing a great shopping experience and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide assistance in selecting jewellery items. Explain product features, materials, and pricing to customers. Help customers try on and compare jewellery pieces. Upsell and suggest complementary products to increase sales. Maintain attractive product displays and ensure stock is well arranged. Handle billing and POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately. Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and new arrivals. Build lasting customer relationships through good service and follow-ups. Meet daily/weekly sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
