Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Assist the sales team in handling customer inquiries and explaining vehicle features. Participate in test drives and product demonstrations. Support the service team in basic vehicle inspection, servicing, and maintenance. Coordinate customer appointments for sales and service. Maintain proper records of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-ups. Qualifications: Minimum 12th Pass / Diploma / ITI / Graduate in any stream. Passionate about electric vehicles and customer service. Willing to learn sales and service operations. Basic computer skills and communication skills in Tamil and English. Fresher or 0–1 year of experience Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month Schedule: Morning shift Work Location: In person
