Job Responsibilities: Visit telecom tower sites in cities and villages to inspect, install, test, and service SMPS systems. Diagnose technical issues and perform preventive maintenance to ensure minimal downtime. Coordinate with the internal team and clients to ensure timely service delivery and report generation. Promote company products during site visits and support the sales team in identifying upgrade or replacement opportunities. Maintain detailed service reports and customer interaction records. Ensure compliance with safety and operational guidelines during field visits. Key Requirements: Diploma/B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in field service/maintenance, preferably in telecom equipment like SMPS. Basic understanding of power electronics and electrical systems. Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions (urban and rural). Good communication and customer-handling skills. Two-wheeler with valid license is preferred.
