Sales Route Coordinator / Route Management Executive

We are seeking a Sales Route Coordinator to be a part of our team. As a Sales Route Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate sales data entries using software for efficient tracking of routes and activities such as BeatRoute, Field Force Tracking, Sales Rabbit, Sales Force maps, Lead beam, and Forecastable. You will collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely and precise data reporting. Monitoring and validating working locations through Google Maps to guarantee route accuracy will be one of your key responsibilities. In case of any discrepancies in sales entries, you will be expected to identify them and take necessary corrective actions. Effective communication with sales representatives to offer operational support and handling data maintenance and updates for all pertinent sales activities will also be part of your duties. You will need to have familiarity with BeatRoute software or similar route management tools, work closely with the sales team for accurate route and sales tracking, possess strong attention to detail and data accuracy, basic proficiency in Google Maps for location verification, as well as excellent communication skills and team coordination. The ideal candidate should hold a graduation degree in any stream, possess 1-2 years of experience in any field, demonstrate basic to advanced proficiency in Excel, have strong communication and coordination skills, and exhibit the ability to manage and track sales routes effectively.
