WE ARE HIRING – SALES EXECUTIVE

Industry: Real Estate

Location: Chennai

Experience: 0–2 Years

CTC: Up to ₹30,000/month

Gender: Male / Female

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle outbound calls and generate sales leads
  • Explain real estate projects, pricing, and payment plans
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties
  • Follow up with leads and convert prospects into site visits
  • Schedule and coordinate property site visits
  • Maintain customer details and regular follow-ups
  • Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
  • Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and closure
