Job Title: Sales Promoter – Readymades Garment Brands Industry: Readymade Garments Location: Across Tamil Nadu Job Type: Full-Time (Day Shift) Weekly Off: Rotational Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Promoters to join our team in the readymade garments sector. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in promoting and selling branded and be passionate about fashion and retail sales. This role involves engaging customers, promoting well-known garment brands, and driving in-store sales. Key Responsibilities: Actively promote familiar and popular garment brands at retail outlets. Engage with walk-in customers and assist them in choosing suitable apparel. Explain product features, fabric quality, and brand value to encourage purchase. Maintain attractive product displays and ensure brand visibility. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets set by the management. Provide excellent customer service and handle queries effectively. Coordinate with the store and sales team for stock management. Share customer feedback and market trends with supervisors regularly. Candidate Requirements: Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Promoter or in garment retail. Age Limit: 20 to 30 years. Gender: Male & Female candidates preferred. Education: 10th Pass, +2 / Diploma / Any Degree (Candidates with arrears also eligible). Work Timings: Day Shift only. Weekly Off: Rotational.
