Hiring: Senior Business Development Manager / Sales Leader

Company: Saaro Beyond Packaging (Luxury & Rigid Box Manufacturing)
Location: Mumbai (with travel)
CTC: Fixed + Uncapped Incentives
Reporting to: Founder / Director

Role Overview
This is a hunter-led B2B sales role, not order follow-ups. You will build, close, and scale high-value B2B accounts, contributing to Saaro’s ₹200 Cr growth vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire mid-to-large B2B clients (Luxury, FMCG, D2C, Corporate Gifting, Jewellery, Hospitality)
• Build and grow repeat, long-term accounts
• Own deals end-to-end: pricing, negotiation, closure, collections
• Protect margins and sell on value, not discounts
• Coordinate with design, production, and accounts teams

Ideal Candidate

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience (packaging/manufacturing preferred)
• Experience selling customized / solution-based products
• Strong in negotiation, costing, and margin management
• Comfortable with targets, accountability, and reporting
