Full-time field sales role. Reports to Cluster Manager – Sales.

Compensation: ₹2.3 lakh–₹2.75 lakh CTC per annum. Actual gross and take-home pay depend on the salary structure.

Eligibility

10+2 / PUC or equivalent qualification; graduates are also eligible.

Age: 21–30 years.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome; experience range: 0–3 years.

Strong presentation, communication, networking and selling skills.

Self-motivated, organised and resilient; able to multitask and work towards targets.

Computer literacy and understanding of digital marketing.

Responsibilities

Source home-loan leads through direct market visits and referral networks with builders, contractors, civil engineers, construction-material dealers, masons, real-estate developers and brokers.

Promote housing-finance schemes through local establishments, events, brochures and trader/professional associations.

Identify construction projects and prospective customers and achieve sales targets.

Screen applications using the company tab application and coordinate proposal appraisal and approvals with the Cluster Manager.

Complete pre-sanction and post-sanction documentation; coordinate legal and technical evaluations, mortgage registration and processing-fee collection.

Coordinate construction-progress visits and loan disbursements.

Follow up on pre-EMI, first EMI and ECS/ACH bounce collections; work to prevent delinquency beyond 30 days past due.

Track market trends and perform related sales, operational and administrative activities.

No joining fee or deposit is charged to candidates.

Pay: ₹230,000.00 - ₹275,000.00 per year
