We are hiring a Sales Officer for in Durgapur. The role focuses on building a strong distribution network by recruiting, developing, and managing partners to drive consistent business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and train partners to promote company products.
• Support partners in achieving their sales targets.
• Drive sales through a well-managed agency network.
• Build strong relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
• Track performance and provide regular guidance to partners.

Requirements

• Graduation mandatory.
• Minimum 1–3 years of sales/marketing experience (insurance/BFSI preferred).
• Strong relationship-building and team coordination skills.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.

CTC: Up to ₹3.45 LPA
