Qualifications

• Strong customer service and client relationship skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Lead generation and prospecting capabilities, including cold calling, networking, and using digital tools to identify new business opportunities.
• Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to present solutions, negotiate, and follow up effectively.
• Experience in sales operations and channel sales, including coordinating with partners, tracking pipelines, and supporting end-to-end sales processes.
• Basic understanding of marketing and marcom services, with the ability to align offerings to client needs.
• Goal-oriented mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and within a team.
• Proficiency in common office software and familiarity with CRM tools is preferred.
• Relevant experience in sales or business development; a graduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
