Sales Officer (CASA)

• Source new savings/current accounts from branch catchments, corporates (salary accounts), and self-sourced leads.
• Account Activation & Engagement: Ensure accounts are active with UPI linkage, minimum balances, and initial funding.
• Cross-Selling: Promote and sell other bank products like insurance, mutual funds (MF), fixed/recurring deposits (FD/RD), and loans.
• Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for new accounts and product penetration.
• Relationship Management: Build strong customer relationships, resolve queries, and provide excellent service.
• Field Activities: Conduct market research, participate in corporate events, and perform micro-marketing for lead generation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
